Delivered by us,
assembled in the room
Furniture is most often damaged between the workshop and the room. That is why our own team does the delivery, and why we measure the route before we cut anything.
Surveyed first
Doorways, stairwell diagonal, lift car and ceiling height — measured before the timber is cut, free across Osun State.
Wrapped, not boxed
Blanket-wrapped and corner-protected for transport. Cardboard protects the warehouse; blankets protect the furniture.
Assembled in place
Our team carries it in, assembles it in the room and positions it. Nothing is left in a hallway for you to deal with.
Packaging removed
Everything the piece arrived in leaves with the team. You are left with furniture and a clean floor.
The guarantee
Five years on
every frame
If a frame or a joint we cut fails under normal domestic use within five years, we repair or replace it. Hardware, upholstery and finish carry one year.
Covered
Frame failure, joint failure, structural sag, delamination of our own joinery.
Covered
Hardware failure within one year — slides, hinges, swivel bases, gas lifts.
Not covered
Accidental damage, water damage, cuts, burns, pet damage, and normal fabric wear.
Not covered
Leather that has never been conditioned, or hardwood left in direct sun and never re-oiled.

Is delivery free in Osogbo?
Delivery and installation are included across Osun State on orders above our minimum order value. Outside the state, delivery is quoted on distance and access before you pay — never added afterwards.
What happens on delivery day?
Our own team delivers — not a third-party courier. They carry the piece in, assemble it in the room, position it where you want it, and take every piece of packaging away with them.
What if it will not go up the stairs?
It will, because we measured the stairwell during the survey. For anything over two metres we design in sections that pass through a standard doorway, and we check the diagonal at the stair turn before cutting.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
Five years on the frame and joinery: if a frame or joint fails under normal domestic use, we repair or replace it. One year on hardware, upholstery and finish. Wear from use, accidental damage and neglect are not covered — and no honest maker covers them.
Do you repair furniture you did not build?
We re-upholster and repair other makers' pieces case by case, in Osogbo. Send photographs and we will tell you whether it is worth doing before you transport it.
How do I care for hardwood and leather here?
Re-oil hardwax-oiled surfaces once at the start of harmattan. Condition full-grain leather with a pH-neutral conditioner twice a year. Keep large tops out of half-sun, half-shade positions — uneven drying is what causes cupping.
